Paul Warren
Managing Director

Paul Warren serves as the Managing Director at SSI. For over 30 years, he has been providing technological solutions to clients throughout the US, Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean. In his leadership role, Paul has ensured that the SSI team continues to support customer digital transformation and modernization across a range of vertical markets through deep relationships with best-in-breed software applications.

Throughout his career in the enterprise software industry, Paul has grown through roles in Application Support, Application Consulting, Project Management of large-scale implementations of Financial and Human Capital Management suites, and management of large consulting practices, all culminating in the founding of SSI’s Reseller and Professional Services practice in 1994.

He remains focused on customer success through the deployment of leading-edge solutions that address critical business needs, and are delivered on time and in budget.

Together with his strong and dynamic team, SSI has won several awards and recognitions from the software organizations SSI represents as a partner, and from our customers.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from the University of Toronto, and a Master of Arts Graduate Credit from Oxford University, Exeter College. He later returned to the University of Toronto to pursue his MBA.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Paul continues to read widely and to seek inspiration through travel.

Michael Burlson
Vice President of Support & Professional Services

Michael Burlson has over three decades of comprehensive experience in leadership, employee management, and consulting methodologies. As Vice President of Support & Professional Services, Michael has been instrumental in shaping the SSI’s success.

Michael’s philosophy centers around fostering a results-oriented team environment. He spearheads the implementation of best practices in project management, resource utilization, and training strategies, ensuring seamless operations in our Financials, Human Capital Management, and Business Intelligence practices across all sectors.

Michael’s expertise extends to engagement and project management, where he provides invaluable leadership to clients implementing Infor CloudSuite HCM/FSM, SmartStream applications, and budget applications for esteemed institutions such as the Government of Barbados and the Caribbean Development Bank. Moreover, he played a pivotal role in Business Intelligence projects, overseeing the implementation of Infor Birst, IBM Cognos, and other reporting applications.

Prior to his tenure at SSI, Michael held key positions at GEAC Computer Systems (later purchased by Infor). As Director of Professional Services, he serviced a diverse customer base across multiple industries, ensuring high customer satisfaction by effectively utilizing application software. Michael’s contributions included developing and implementing Business Process Management solutions and Web applications, addressing complex technology and business-related challenges.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Systems Analysis from the University of Texas at Arlington. With a proven track record of delivering excellence and driving organizational growth, Michael continues to be a driving force in shaping SSI’s success story.

Lisa Maddox
Infor CloudSuite Practice Manager

Lisa Maddox has been an integral part of SSI since 2011, serving as our Infor CloudSuite Practice Manager. She has been pivotal in successfully implementing Infor CloudSuite HCM/FSM and SmartStream applications across the US, Canada, and the Caribbean. As the primary liaison between the SSI and our clients, Lisa ensures seamless project execution from inception to completion, including needs assessment, software selection, migration, testing, training, and ongoing support.

Prior to joining SSI, Lisa contributed significantly to Infor Global Solutions, where she held the position of Senior Consultant/Project Manager. During her tenure, she spearheaded numerous implementations of financial and materials management applications for a diverse clientele spanning industries such as Financial Services, Gas Pipeline Companies, Hedge Funds, International Banks, Non-Profit Associations, and more.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from North Carolina Wesleyan College. Additionally, she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited by the Project Management Institute, Chicago, Illinois.

With a wealth of experience, technical expertise, and strong leadership skills, Lisa consistently delivers results that surpass client expectations. She continues to be an invaluable asset to clients looking to leverage technology and best practices to drive strategic advantages.

Igor Iaremchuc
Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Igor Iaremchuc joined SSI in 2019, and serves as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Drawing upon more than two decades of extensive business, product, and industry knowledge, he is responsible for SSI’s growth strategies across the US, the Caribbean, and Latin America. Proficient in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, he brings a unique flare to SSI, our customers, and our partners.

Before joining SSI, Igor held pivotal roles at renowned tech firms, including SAP, Oracle, and IBM, where he contributed to developing mission-critical initiatives. He earned accolades for his problem-solving abilities, desire to enhance customer- experience, and unwavering commitment to quality.

Igor’s commitment to staying abreast of emerging technologies ensures that he remains at the forefront of industry trends, allowing him to leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies to drive innovation and efficiencies to clients’ internal processes.

Igor holds an MBA in Business Management, along with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He is continually pursuing professional development opportunities to expand his skill set and stay ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving technological landscape.

Andre Aberdeen
Director, Sales

As a seasoned Sales Executive with over 20 years in the software space, André Aberdeen brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the SSI team. His commitment to nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers has driven business growth and fostered client trust.

With a robust background in solution-selling, André excels at developing an in-depth understanding of customers’ challenges and requirements to effectively demonstrate the value of products and services. He has a proven track record of success in establishing and executing successful territory strategies, and owning the full client-relationship cycle, during and after the sales process.

André holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies in Marketing from York University, graduating with honors. In addition to his extensive sales experience, he possesses strong leadership and mentorship skills, as evidenced by his role in mentoring and coaching other Account Executives and staff members.

Outside of his professional endeavors, André is an active member of the community, serving as a Volunteer School Board Member. He also served as a valued member of the California Society of Municipal Finance Officers (CSMFO), contributing to the Communications Committee, and staying engaged with industry developments.

Andrew Brathwaite
Vice President, Customer Success & Strategic Engagements

Andrew Brathwaite is an experienced Chartered Accountant and Finance Professional with over 30 years experience, and a history of technical excellence and strategic leadership in both the private and public sectors.

Andrew has a sound knowledge of public sector accounting and financial reporting, having served as Comptroller General in the Ministry of Finance in Barbados. Prior to this, he was an audit partner with KPMG in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean. He has also held volunteer leadership positions with the International Federation of Accountants and the IFRS Foundation. Andrew’s skill set spans technical financial reporting and auditing, information technology, strategy, leadership, and communication.

At SSI, Andrew is responsible for defining and implementing the vision, mission, and goals necessary to deliver exceptional customer experiences across the entire customer lifecycle, and for providing feedback, insights, and solutions that enhance the customer value proposition, and drive growth and retention. His role also includes direct involvement in selected implementations at the most senior level, ensuring overall project success and providing continuity in the customer relationship.

Andrew is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia, and a Practising Member and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.
